• Review client instructions and schedules.
• Manage day-to-day running of the site including subcontractors.
• Conduct quality assurance on site work by fire door surveyors and installers.
• Manage contracts for projects up to £2 million.

Skills

SMSTS qualified

Experience in Passive Fire

FIRAS or BMTRADA desirable

Healthcare experience desirable
