Job Description

Due to sustained growth, Brightwork's client is currently recruiting a Site Manager for a field role covering England, Wales, and Southern Scotland. This full-time position involves managing day-to-day site activities. Reporting to the Construction Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the management team, working closely with project managers.

Please note that due to the nature of this role, you will spend most of your working week visiting different sites.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies and regulations.
  • Maintaining quality control procedures.
  • Site preparation and logistics requirements.
  • Adhering to and maintaining programmes.
  • Organising and managing site resources across multiple projects.
  • Managing and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Client communications.
  • Liaising with project managers.
  • Ensuring project documentation and records are maintained.
  • Monitoring site installations to ensure high standards and compliance.
Experience
  • Proven experience within the steel and cladding industry.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt, and manage change.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Professional, proactive manner with good communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
