Salary £45,000 - £65,000 DOE with a 10% bonus on nationwide projects, hybrid working, a pension scheme and extensive training. You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate site activities and drive safety, quality and timely delivery across projects up to £22m.

Qualifikationen

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, construction sequencing and health & safety legislation.

Aufgaben

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of façade remediation projects across the Midlands and North.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, plant, materials and site logistics to meet programme.
• Ensure activities align with project specs, quality standards, procedures and safety legislation.
• Undertake site inspections, toolbox talks, inductions and progress meetings with accurate records.
• Work with Project Managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.
• Identify and resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays and maintain productivity.
• Drive high workmanship standards while maintaining client relationships throughout project delivery.
• Support future façade projects across the Midlands, North and wider UK; travel may be required.

Site Manager - Facades Position Overview

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of façade remediation projects across the Midlands and North, covering locations from Birmingham through to Leeds.
• Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, plant, materials and site logistics to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme.
• Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, company procedures and current health & safety legislation.
• Undertaking site inspections, toolbox talks, inductions and progress meetings whilst maintaining accurate site records and reporting.
• Working closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
• Identifying and resolving site issues quickly to minimise programme delays and maintain productivity.
• Driving high standards of workmanship whilst maintaining excellent client relationships throughout project delivery.
• Supporting future façade remediation projects across the Midlands, North and wider UK.
• Occasional nationwide travel may be required, with a 10% salary bonus paid when working away from home.

Site Manager - Facades Position Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience managing façade, cladding or fire remediation projects as a Site Manager.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, construction sequencing and health & safety legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors whilst maintaining programme and quality standards.
• Good IT skills and experience producing site reports and documentation.
• Able to travel to projects across the Midlands and North, between Birmingham and Leeds.
• Willingness to travel when required.
