Our client, a national contractor, has an immediate requirement for a Facades Site Manager on a large residential project. This role is ideal for individuals with proven experience in rainscreen cladding management, seeking a position with excellent prospects.
Candidates should have direct knowledge of cladding, from a trade/fixer background to management.
Successful candidates must possess a CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS certification, and first aid qualification, along with previous experience in a similar role for a recognized contractor.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing labour, quality, and programme.
You must be personable, professional, and able to communicate effectively at all levels. A good working knowledge of basic IT applications, especially Word and Outlook, is essential.
The role requires the ability to communicate with and manage subcontractors, liaise with management, understand construction techniques, and check quality. The candidate should be driven to push works forward, think on their feet, and adopt a common-sense approach on site.
