One of the fastest growing facade contractors is looking for a facade site manager, for a new project in Manchester City Centre.

The job is working alongside the main contractor on a student accommodation which includes 1200 units, £120m new build in Manchester city centre. The project will consist of multiple RC frame blocks and be a flagship development in Manchester.

As a facade site manager you will be number two on site, managing the day to day running on site for the facade contractor while reporting into a project manager. The package is maybe up of brick slip aluminium panels.

The contractor is becoming a great name within the industry, winning repeat work with clients while also bringing new clients on board.

They have schemes across the UK and have a healthy pipeline of work.

To be considered for the facade site manager role you must have experience working with similar subcontractors on similar projects. You must have experience working on brick slip aluminium panels.
