Join one of the biggest names in Trade Shows & Exhibitions and take ownership of large-scale site projects. Work with a team of dedicated professionals, liaise with clients, and ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.

Salary:

£50,000

Requirements:
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead site meetings and act as a key liaison for clients during installation and removal phases
  • Conduct detailed site surveys, ensuring all necessary information is recorded
  • Oversee subcontractors, ensuring full compliance with safety procedures and company policies
  • Manage the installation and removal processes, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery
  • Coordinate transport and logistics for each project
  • Ensure plant and equipment are hired and returned as needed
  • Uphold strict health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments and safety briefings
  • Assist in detailed project planning and resource management
  • Work hands-on in the yard and on-site to keep everything running smoothly
Team and Compliance Management:
  • Supervise and monitor site teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to policies
  • Maintain responsibility for project delivery, even if not physically on-site every day
  • Provide out-of-hours support and emergency cover when required
  • Identify and report performance issues, ensuring continuous improvement
Health & Safety Oversight:
  • Complete and maintain all necessary health and safety documentation
  • Ensure full compliance with risk assessments, site procedures, and safety regulations
  • Conduct daily equipment checks and maintain reports in company software
  • Report all accidents and near-misses promptly
