Qualifications

• Manage labour and provide progress reports.

My client is an industry-leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a long-term demolition project based in Cambridge.

Rates are negotiable!

This is for an immediate start!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting to and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager
• Site supervision and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining site diaries
• Amending and working to RAMS
• Quality assurance
• Managing labour and assigning tasks to personnel
• Providing progress reports
• Managing and ordering materials, overseeing site operations

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS card
• SMSTS certification
• First aid certification
• NVQ Level 6 (ideally)
• Highly experienced in demolition projects for specialist contractors
• 8+ years of management experience
