Job DescriptionDecarbonisation Site Manager

Location: PE19
Salary: Up to £50,000 per year + Car Allowance


Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in decarbonisation, retrofit, or energy efficiency projects? We are seeking a motivated professional to join a growing team, delivering high-quality decarbonisation works to improve housing stock and meet sustainability targets.


Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee day-to-day site operations on decarbonisation/retrofit projects ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.




  • Manage subcontractors, site staff, and ensure health & safety compliance at all times.




  • Carry out site inspections and quality checks, ensuring work aligns with PAS2030/35 standards.




  • Liaise with , clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.




  • Monitor progress against programme, report on KPIs, and escalate any risks or issues.




  • Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability objectives.




Requirements



  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, ideally with exposure to retrofit, decarbonisation, or social housing energy efficiency projects.




  • Strong knowledge of PAS2030/35 and retrofit works (EWI, insulation, energy efficiency measures).




  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications.




  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.




  • Full UK Driving Licence (car allowance included).
