Job summary

North20 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a £1m+ Design & Build office fit-out in Nottingham city centre. You will lead on-site delivery, ensuring works are safe, on programme and meet client expectations.

We are looking for a proven manager of fast-paced commercial fit-out projects with strong leadership, health & safety knowledge and excellent communication. Competitive rates are on offer depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Design & Build commercial office fit-out projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at £1m+.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate site teams and subcontractors to achieve programme targets.
• Strong attention to detail and high finishing standards.
• Able to build relationships with everyone from labourers and subcontractors through to directors and end clients.

Nottingham City Centre | £1m+ Design & Build Office Project

North20 Recruitment is working with a well-established specialist commercial fit-out contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a £1m+ Design & Build office fit-out project in Nottingham city centre.

This is an opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of commercial office projects and regular requirements for high-calibre Site Managers across the UK.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record delivering fast-paced Design & Build office fit-out projects, who can demonstrate successful project delivery through references and previous project experience.

Rates: £280+ depending upon experience

The Role

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, within quality standards, and to client expectations.
