Location: Belgravia, South West London (SW1)

Job Type: Permanent or Freelance

Professional & Technical:

• Oversee projects from demolition to completion
• Chair and attend progress meetings with trade contractors
• Manage employees, subcontractors, and materials
• Ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with specifications
• Implement Quality and Environmental management systems
• Coordinate pre-appointment and review meetings
• Conduct performance reviews and staff development

Requirements:

• Proven track record as Site Manager on large-scale projects
• Experience with demolition, façade, and fit-out works
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field, or strong trades background
• Knowledge of safety, health, and quality policies
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
