JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Site Manager / Construction Supervisor who has good team leadership and management skills with the ability to lead small teams on a wide range of projects and is capable of being very ‘hands on’ when required.

Working as the Site Manager / Construction Supervisor, you will manage Site Operatives to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard.

As a Site Manager / Construction Supervisor, you must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions with a positive and proactive approach.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Site Manager / Construction Supervisor include:

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites before work begins
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery safely and efficiently – Additional training will be provided
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving materials when required
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Lead team members to achieve project goals
• Adhere to project specifications and quality standards
• Report issues or concerns to the Senior Management Team

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a similar construction role
• Proficiency in operating construction machinery and equipment (training provided)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
