Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a permanent position based in Leicester to lead a range of commercial projects including schools, hospitals, colleges and leisure centres.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and materials, and ensure delivery to programme, budget and quality while maintaining strong collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects.
• Strong track record in commercial schemes.
• Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour and materials to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to budget.
• Maintain strong communication with the wider project team.
