Job Title: Site Manager (Commercial Fitout) – Location: Dundonald, Northern Ireland. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + travel / accommodation / package. Company: leading interior fit-out contractor.

The Opportunity

The company has a lot of projects in Belfast, across the UK and the Republic of Ireland with more in the pipeline. They have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join on a permanent basis. Projects last on average 12 weeks and the Site Manager will be working on a rotation, based on a project locally and then one in the UK or ROI.

The Site Manager will be responsible for a range of activities including managing multiple sub-contractors, communicating with clients, as well as dealing with the day-to-day operations of the site and design teams. It is required to have up-to-date knowledge of health and safety matters as well as an understanding of all current legislation and good practices. Additionally, be proactive and possess excellent management skills throughout the course of each contract, with a desire and commitment to grow with the company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Track record working as a No.1 Site Manager
• Commercial Fitout experience
• Good eye for detail and ability to interpret drawings and specifications

• IT literate
• Full UK Drivers License
• Willing to work across NI as well as the UK and ROI when required
