Job summary

Rogers McHugh Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial and corporate fit out projects across the North West from Merseyside. You will own projects from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site activities while maintaining health & safety and programme milestones.

Join an established team in a role that offers balance, support from five fellow Site Managers, and a salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, with a company van

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager in commercial or corporate fit out.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong health & safety knowledge and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and corporate fit out projects across the North West and beyond as required.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades, monitor site activities and programmes.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure quality control.
• Liaise with clients and ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec.
