Field-based across the South of England (must be based south of Nottingham)

Salary:
£40,000-£50,000 + Benefits + Van + Fuel Card

About the Role

My client is looking for an experienced Site Manager with a civils or utilities background to oversee the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects across the South of England.

This role is field-based and requires frequent travel across the region with regular overnight stays (accommodation and expenses fully covered). You’ll be managing multiple sites concurrently, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery and acting as the on-the-ground lead for each project.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the green energy transition while working on technically engaging, high-visibility infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Setup & Mobilisation: Ensure sites are properly set up, including crew inductions and job briefings.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee 2–3 active sites at a time, ensuring works are delivered to spec, safely, and on schedule.
  • Travel & Coordination: Travel across the South of England as needed, with regular overnight stays (fully covered).
