Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the on-site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all site personnel.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and senior management.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process, implementing innovative solutions to ensure project success.
