Job summary

Buildforce Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a civil engineering project in Liverpool, including weighbridge removal. You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Key requirements include drainage and groundworks experience, S278 highway works, and a Temporary Works Coordinator qualification. SMSTS/CSCS credentials are essential; experience with Tier 1 contractors is preferred.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering.
Strong knowledge of drainage, groundworks and S278 works.
TWC qualification/experience is essential.
SMSTS and CSCS qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
Supervise the removal of the weighbridge and associated civil works.
Coordinate drainage, groundworks and S278 highway works.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and project specifications.
Coordinate subcontractors, site personnel and materials.
Monitor progress against the programme and report delays.
Maintain RAMS and site permits; manage temporary works as required.
