We are working with a leading new build housing developer seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of residential projects in Chorley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and oversee the entire project, including operatives, subcontractors, and materials, ensuring timely completion.
• Monitor team performance for both direct employees and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to high standards.
• Ensure site safety by adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• First Aid Certification
