Provide vital reporting and insights on site performance to the senior executive team.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing operations in a similar sector—biomedical, research, or life sciences preferred.
Strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., ASPA 1986), and a proven ability to navigate compliance with Home Office and HSE standards.
Exceptional leadership, organisational and communication skills with a hands-on, people-first management approach.
Proficiency in financial oversight, data analysis, and project delivery.
A passion for innovation, excellence, and animal welfare.
A degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field (not essential if you’ve got the experience).
Experience managing cross-functional teams across regulatory, finance, procurement, and production.
Why Join Us? This is more than a job—it's a career where your leadership supports the critical development of treatments that improve lives globally. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking organisation committed to professional development, ethical standards, and scientific impact.
Travel across the UK and occasional EU trips required. Full training and onboarding provided.
