About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead the deployment of BESS on a significant utility-scale renewable energy project in East Sussex. This role involves ensuring the successful implementation and integration of advanced energy storage solutions, contributing to sustainable energy development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage all on-site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
• Timeline Adherence: Ensure the project stays on schedule, meeting deadlines and milestones.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Supervision: Lead a diverse team of professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering collaboration.
• Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to team members for continuous improvement.
• Conflict Resolution: Address issues promptly to maintain a harmonious work environment.
