McLaren Resourcing LLP is seeking an experienced Site Manager for the Loch Fergus Solar Farm and BESS project in Scotland. The role involves managing site operations on a 63MW solar farm, ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance.

Candidates with SMSTS, CSCS, and TWC are preferred, and local candidates are encouraged to apply. This is an ongoing 14-month contract with typical civil construction duties on a renewable energy site.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and TWC required.
• Experience on solar farms or renewable energy projects preferred.
• Proven site management experience on construction sites.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily site operations and enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate temporary works and site activities to maintain programme.
• Monitor quality, progress and environmental compliance on site.

1 x Site manager with experience within the construction sector, preferably with previous experience on solar farm, BESS, or other renewable energy projects.

Must have Smsts, CSCS & TWC (Temporary works co-Ordinator)

The location of the solar farm is in South Ayrshire, east of Ayr

63MW farm

We are preparing to start our Loch Fergus Solar Farm and BESS project in Scotland and are currently looking for an experienced site Manager to join the project team.

Ideally, we would prefer candidates who are local to the Loch Fergus project/site or based nearby.

This will be a on-going project.
