Job description

Vickerstock is proud to be partnering with a respected fitout contractor to recruit a Temporary Site Manager for a summer retail project based in Belfast, running from July to September.

This role is ideally suited to someone with previous shopfitting or retail fitout experience who can commit to the full project duration.

The Role:

• Manage all site activities across a live retail fitout project

• Coordinate a small team of operatives and subcontractors

• Ensure all works are delivered on time and to specification

• Maintain health & safety and site documentation standards

Requirements:

• Site management experience within the retail or commercial fitout sector

• Ability to lead small teams and coordinate trades effectively

• Joinery background or fitout experience preferred

• Available from early July to early September

What's on Offer:

• Pro rata salary equivalent of £50,000- £60,000, depending on experience

• Belfast-based project with no travel required
