Reporting to the Bursar, you will oversee property maintenance, development, and logistics support services. Manage site and housekeeping teams while ensuring high standards of safety, security, and cleanliness.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team management including training and budget recommendations
  2. Day-to-day facilities management and infrastructure systems
  3. Health and Safety policy implementation and compliance
  4. Specialist maintenance (including swimming pool)
  5. Traffic logistics and event support

Requirements:
  1. Facilities/property management experience
  2. Strong leadership skills
  3. Health and safety knowledge
  4. Contractor management experience
  5. Building systems understanding
  6. Problem-solving abilities
  7. Valid driving license
