The Opportunities

• Project Manager: Lead and direct site teams on projects valued from £5m to £10m, reporting to a Project Director or Contracts Manager. Responsibilities include project programming, daily site management, client and professional liaison, and managing multiple projects during pre- and post-construction stages.
• Site Manager: Manage a project of approximately £9m, reporting to a Project Manager who splits time between site and office.
