• Project Manager - £75k-£95k + full benefits package

The Opportunities

• Project Manager: Lead on-site project team, report to Project Director/Contracts Manager, manage projects £5m-£10m, duties include programming, managing site activities, liaising with clients and professionals, overseeing pre- and post-construction stages.
• Site Manager: Manage a project of approximately £9m, reporting to a Project Manager, split between site and office work.

Candidates must have:

• Experience in single dwelling, Prime Residential refurbishment projects in London from £2m+.
