We are growing pretty fast and looking for a Site Manager to join our Northumberland based project.

Your role will be an interesting and varied one where you will be responsible for the on-site management of sub-contracted ground workers, operators and other associated trades.
Key Skills:

1. Experienced in all aspects of groundworks.
2. Demonstrable management & technical experience delivering high value complex groundwork projects.
3. Strong organisational and leadership skills.
4. Wider understanding of full building and construction sector.
5. Good communication skills at all levels to enable you to work with clients, construction managers, subcontractors etc.
6. Proven experience as a Site Agent/Manager or project manager.
