Site Manager (Adlington)

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the groundworks phase of a new build housing development in Adlington. The site is currently undergoing roads and sewers installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage subcontractors carrying out groundworks

Ensure works are progressing in line with programme and health & safety standards

Maintain site organisation and communication with all involved parties

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification

Proven experience managing groundworks on residential sites

Able to provide recent, relevant references
