Responsibilities

• Manage the build programme effectively.
• Oversee working alongside the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
• Ensure completions and Certificate of Marked Delivery (CMLs).
• Liaise with the NHBC for project compliance.
• Conduct inductions for sites and manage trades & sub-contractors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing residential housing developments and will have worked closely with the NHBC on previous developments.
