We are working alongside a specialist contractor delivering a new project in York. They are seeking to onboard a Site Manager to help deliver this scheme. Our client operates nationwide, delivering projects for both public and private sector clients.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

1. Working alongside and reporting to the Project Manager.
2. Managing health and safety.
3. Ordering materials.
4. Writing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
5. Record keeping.
6. Allocating labour.
7. Conducting daily briefs.

Site Manager Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card - Gold, Black, or White.
• SMSTS certification.
• First aid certification.
• TWS/TWC (if applicable).
• NRSWA - Desirable.
• Previous experience working on highways or public realm projects.
• Full UK driving licence.
