A leading company in York is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a temporary 3-month role. We are WorkwithYork and are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager, to be responsible for delivering projects within the client’s Building Services Planned and Cyclical Investment Programme.
Our client is seeking an individual who is enthusiastic and passionate, with knowledge of traditional, non traditional and emerging construction methods and applications in the built environment. This includes British Standards and Building Regulations.
This is an interim role, initially for 3 months, but there may be potential for this to be extended. The rate of pay is up to £18.14 per hour, dependent upon experience.
You will be working within a team delivering building projects, including;
You will also have regular contact throughout the scheme of works, through site visits and progress meetings with Contractors, Surveyors, Architects and Structural Engineers.
