Job Title: Site Manager

We are WorkwithYork and are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to be responsible for delivering projects within the client’s Building Services Planned and Cyclical Investment Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement
• Site supervision
• Budget management
• Contract administration

You will have regular contact throughout the scheme of works through site visits and progress meetings with Contractors, Surveyors, Architects, and Structural Engineers.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• HNC in Building Studies or related subject (NQF level 5) or relevant experience
• Experience and knowledge of Contract Administration / Forms of Contract
• Strong knowledge and experience of CDM regulations
• Ideally, a good understanding of asset management within social housing
• Technical design knowledge of building repair, renovation, and modernisation works, including writing specifications for materials and quality installation standards

Additional Information:

• Initial contract duration: 3 months, with potential extension
• Pay rate: up to £18.14 per hour, depending on experience
• Availability: Immediate start
