A leading company in commercial construction is seeking a Site Manager for a 6-8 week project in Yeovil, managing the refurbishment of school kitchens and bathrooms. The role involves overseeing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining site records. Ideal candidates will hold essential qualifications including 1st Aid, CSCS, DBS, and SMSTS.
Options Resourcing are working with an unparalleled representative of service in commercial construction and interiors, office and welfare furniture supply and installation for a Site Manager for 6-8 weeks for a school in Yeovil to start on the 7th of July.
You will be responsible to run the strip out and then refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms and associated groundworks.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for:
The day-to-day management of sub-contractors
Maintaining the program of works
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards
Maintaining site records and progress reports.
Requirements:
