Job Title: Site Manager

Hays Construction & Property is excited to partner with a Civil Engineering company in recruiting a Site Manager to join their team!

Location: Wrexham

In this role, you will oversee Groundwork projects, managing all aspects of site operations. Your responsibilities include:

1. Driving the project execution and ensuring timely delivery.
2. Managing Groundworks on Housing projects, including Earthworks, Foundations, Roads, Sewers, Drainage, and 278 works.
3. Leading the site team with excellent leadership skills and construction knowledge.
4. Utilizing IT tools to manage the programme of works effectively.
5. Ensuring projects adhere to budgets and critical deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven Groundworks experience on Housing projects.
• Strong leadership and construction management skills.
• IT proficiency relevant to project management.
