Civils Senior Site Manager - Worthing

Rate: £400PD

We're looking for an experienced civils site manager to assist with a high profile civils project in Worthing, West Sussex, overseeing the installation of district heating network. You'll be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and support on-site teams
  • Ensure health & safety compliance (NRSWA, Section 74, SHEQ)
  • Oversee deep excavation works
  • Maintain high customer service standards
  • Deliver project performance and reporting metrics

What you'll need:

  • Experience managing teams in a contracting environment
  • Knowledge of deep excavation and utility works
  • Strong understanding of H&S legislation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Temporary works supervisor (preferred)
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
