Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Site Manager to lead a decarbonisation project on tenanted Social Housing properties (Solar PV and Ventilation). You will report to the Contracts Manager and ensure works run to programme, budget and high safety standards on site.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, with a proven track record in Social Housing refurbishment; stable career progression is expected. Salary is 45–50k with car allowance or van and bonus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering Social Housing refurbishment projects.
• Stable and progressive career history on CV.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the programme of works is delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of health andSafety across the site.
• Monitor quality of works and implement improvements.
• Liaise with the client to manage expectations and communications.
• Coordinate programming of works and ordering of materials.
• Collaborate with Tenant Liaison Officer to ensure tenant satisfaction.

We are working with a well established and growing Main Contractor who have a great company culture and ethos - the company genuinely value their staff and treat their employees well and as such have great staff retention rates.

They have experienced an extended period of growth and have been awarded several new contracts and as a result, they are seeking a Site Manager to join them to work on a decarbonisation scheme to tenanted Social Housing properties (Solar PV and Ventilation).

This is a great opportunity to join a well established Principle Contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of framework schemes.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Programming works
• Ordering materials
• Working closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer and ensuring tenant satisfaction is maintained

Experience needed:

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes, particularly retrofit works.

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is between 45-50k plus car allowance or van and other benefits.
