  • Operations: Oversee production schedules, plant maintenance, and contractor activities to keep the site running smoothly.
  • Leadership: Lead staff training, performance appraisals, and support team development.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and implement process improvements to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.
  • Reporting: Monitor KPIs, address quality issues, and ensure site safety.

  • NEBOSH Certified & WAMITAB Level 4 (Medium Risk Waste) Certified.
  • First Aid Trained.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
