O'Neill & Brennan are seeking experienced Site Managers for a freelance role on a housing project in Wem, Shropshire.

This is a No.1 position for 5-8 weeks, overseeing painters, electricians, plumbers, and groundworkers during the final stages of the project.

Approximately 25 plots are due for handover in June, making snagging and trade management crucial.

Essential certifications include: CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid.
