  • Coordinate handovers and sign-offs.
  • Implement and improve existing procedures.
  • Lead day-to-day site activities.
  • Update and check against construction programme.
  • Prepare site documents like work orders and purchase orders.
  • Ensure successful completion and handover of sections of work.
  • Achieve quality standards with inspections and test plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Job Title: Site Manager (Retail) - New Build Supermarket

Location: Watford, London

Start Date: Sunday 3rd August 2025

Duration: 38 Weeks (8.00am to 6.00pm with 1 hour break)

Rate: .00 per shift

  • Ensuring quality standards are achieved implementing inspection and test plans
  • Communicate effectively with the client, sub - contractors and senior management team
