Site Manager - Hyperscale Data Centre
Location: South Wales
- Manage all site activities, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Enforce health & safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive efficiency.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges to maintain smooth project execution.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in data centre construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working on hyperscale data centre projects is a plus!
- Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or relevant field).
