Job description

Site Manager - Hyperscale Data Centre
Location: South Wales

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all site activities, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
  2. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  3. Enforce health & safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  4. Oversee quality control, inspections, and progress tracking.
  5. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive efficiency.
  6. Identify and resolve on-site challenges to maintain smooth project execution.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven experience as a Site Manager in data centre construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple teams in a high-pressure environment.
  5. Experience working on hyperscale data centre projects is a plus!
  6. Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or relevant field).
