Job Opportunity: Site Manager

Hays Construction & Property is excited to collaborate with a longstanding client in recruiting a Site Manager.

Location: North Wales, specifically on the North Wales coast near Denbighshire.

Company Overview: Join an experienced and professional SME Contractor with established relationships and a secured order-book, working on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction sites autonomously, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, produce RAMS, and manage health and safety compliance.
  • Work with project programmes, liaise with key stakeholders, and ensure site operations run smoothly.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Background in main contracting with experience in commercial build projects and ideally new build housing.
  • Experience managing projects from £250k upwards.
  • Hands-on approach with proficiency in project management software, health and safety procedures, and IT literacy.
