Job description

Will you be doing? As our Site Manager, you'll be working directly supervising a team of operatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. You'll conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a collaborative work environment. You'll monitor and manage team productivity, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. You'll conduct regular field visits to observe surveyor performance, provide on-the-job training, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. You'll manage surveyor schedules and optimise resource allocation to maximise efficiency, address and resolve any performance issues, disciplinary matters, or conflicts within the team.
