About the role...
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Team within our Private Networks Division as Site Manager. You will be responsible for managing on site teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and according to safety and quality standards. You will coordinate between clients, subcontractors and internal teams ensuring smooth communication between all involved.
Previous Site Management experience working in Utilities Sector / Civil Construction and proven experience with CDM regulations.
As a Site Manager you will have...
Working as Principal Contractor, ability to oversee Electrical and Mechanical installations. Working with and updating the Project Manager and supervision and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress. Coordinate and supervise construction personnel and carry out checks on plant and equipment for suitability. Safety inspections and ensuring site safety and maintaining quality control procedures
Preparing site reports and updating the site safety file. Fault finding and problem solving and assessing and minimising risk
About you...
Electrical / Mechanical or Construction industry experience
Full UK Driving license
CTC Clearance / and DBS Check is required for this role
Site Management Safety Training Scheme card
First Aid at work (or willing to be trained)
CSCS Manager's Card
