This is an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or Site Agent to thrive both professionally and personally in a supportive team within a successful and established company.

If you are ready for your next challenge in the water sector, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential wastewater and clean water infrastructure projects across the Nottinghamshire area.

YOUR NEW ROLE

  • As a Site Agent/Manager, you will be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards
  • Your leadership will be crucial in minimizing risks, managing sites efficiently, and building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Reading, interpreting, and communicating construction on-site for layouts and material measurements
  • Ensuring accurate setting out, providing precise lines, levels, and reference points on site
  • Effectively influencing site progress and programme deadlines
  • Developing effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure adherence to Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety standards during the project phase
  • Continuously developing industry knowledge, communicating, and implementing best practices to line managers and relevant staff
  • Maintaining the Integrated Management System requirements, policies, and procedures
  • Undertaking any other necessary duties

ABOUT YOU

  • Background in waste and clean water infrastructure
  • Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related industry
  • Minimum of four years of experience
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence

  • Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience
