Approach Personnel are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a modular M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) installation project in Beverley. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing on-site operations, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the site, including coordination of trades, materials, and logistics.

• Oversee the delivery and installation of modular M&E units.

• Liaise with the project manager, design team, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Maintain detailed site records including RAMS, site diaries, and progress reports.

• Resolve any on-site issues or delays in a proactive and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on M&E or modular construction projects.

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a modular build context.

• SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).

• CSCS card

• First Aid at Work.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

• IT literate and confident using project management/reporting tools.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
