Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, with a focus on regulated infrastructure environments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Provide regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally within the water or utilities sectors.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, contract management, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
