Site Manager

O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a UK residential developer with their search for Internal & External Site Managers (2) to work on new build apartments based in London.

The client is looking to take on 2 site managers to look after the internal package and the externals packages.

Internal Site Manager

• Must have a residential developer/contractor background 3-5 years as a site manager.
• Worked on projects valued over £50m and over 300 Units.
• Taken units from 1st fix to handover.
• Look after a team of 2 Assistant Site Managers.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card.

External Site Manager

• Must have a residential developer/contractor background 3-5 years as a site manager.
• Worked on projects valued over £50m and over 300 Units.
• Ideally have experience with Brickwork facades and cladding.
• Must have experience in Groundworks, Piling, Demolition.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card.
