This role involves overseeing construction processes, managing teams, and ensuring project completion within deadlines. Candidates must possess technical knowledge in refurbishment, along with relevant certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS. A full UK driving license is also required. Competitive salary offered along with a company van and pension contributions.
