Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Bradford

Start Date: Early September 2025

Project Duration: 12-16 Weeks

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school project in Bradford, commencing in early September 2025. This is a key role with a projected duration of 12 to 16 weeks.

Project Scope:

• Installation of solar panels
• Internal Mechanical & Electrical works
• External car park and associated works

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS card
• First Aid
• DBS (desirable not essential)
• Proven experience managing similar construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. You will liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the client team to keep the project on track.
