Job description

Our Client requires a Site Manager for a project in Winchester.

Starting 11th August.

Required:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- PPE
- Relevant experience and references.

As site manager, your duties will include, completing all paperwork, reading and implementing drawings, managing sub contractors, taking inductions, liaising with client and project management team, as well as all other tasks.

The project involves the removal of RAAC Concrete panels forming the walls of two roof top plant rooms and replacement with aluminium.

You will have to be hands on and manage sub contractors daily out of the office just as much as in.
