I am currently working with a Solar Developer as they look for a Constructions Site Manager with experience on the full development of a Solar Farm from the owner side. Looking for someone with experience on 30MW+ sites, this will be over triple.

We are looking for a Constructions Site Manager with experience on the full development of a Solar Farm from the owner side. Looking for the person to have at least worked at circa 30MW as this will be triple that size.

Our client, a prominent company in the renewables sector, is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a specialization in solar projects to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations on the construction site to ensure efficient project progress
• Managing on-site construction activities and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
• Coordinating site logistics, material management, and staff deployment
• Maintaining site safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Liaising with project stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and client representatives
• Monitoring project timelines and budgets, and reporting progress to senior management
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality control and addressing any issues that arise
• Documenting project milestones, site activities, and any incidents

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing construction sites within the solar sector
• In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems and related construction processes
